Corbin Sparrow

The Corbin Sparrow is a single-passenger, three-wheeled, battery electric vehicle designed specifically for short distance freeway commuting and city driving. The Sparrow can travel at speeds of over 70 mph, since it is classed as an all weather motorcycle, and has a range of up to 20 to 30 miles (depending on driving speed) on a single charge from any regular wall outlet. Even though the car, with 3 wheels, is registered as a motorcycle, you can drive it without needing a motorcycle license.

The Sparrow was produced by Corbin Motors in Hollister, CA between 1999 and 2003; when only about 350 Sparrows were produced. We have several used, beautifully refurbished Corbin Sparrows that we are showing for sale. Manufacturing was moved to Myers Motors in Ohio were the Sparrow is still produced under NMG-1 (no more gas). If you are interested in an NMG-1, we can help you acquire one as well.

Manufactured in Minnesota for industrial or institutional uses, our e-ride trucks can also be easily adapted to small business and individual needs as well. Our 2-door trucks offer a wide variety of configurations and options to suit you. These trucks are perfect for maintenance, hauling and construction applications. Available options include a full-length aluminum topper enclosure, diamond plate toolboxes, aluminum side stakes, tailgates, storage boxes, ladder racks, right-hand drive and more. They are safe, powerful and a pleasure to drive.

The e-ride neighborhood electric vehicles are also perfect for short commutes for the homeowner and are built to handle a payload of up to 1,000 pounds for economical local transporting of individuals and materials from one location to another. They produce no tailpipe emissions, can be driven for pennies per mile and are low maintenance. They fully charge on a 220-volt outlet overnight, but can be opportunity charged during the driving day with their secondary 110-volt plug capacity.

Ride-Vehicles LLC (Ride) is dedicated to building ultra-clean zero emission electric vehicles of all shapes and sizes. The Ride team has years of experience building cutting edge advanced vehicles. From fuel-cells to hybrids to electric vehicles, Ride’s portfolio of unique and extraordinary vehicles is impressive.

Ride is taking advantage of recent advances in battery technology, high-efficiency electric motors, software, and power electronics to create a vehicle without rival in the marketplace.

Green Motors will be offering three different models:

Blue - Ride (Pictured): Designed specifically for law enforcement and private security forces needing enhanced visibility and presence and events, campuses, traffic, and other areas heavily traversed by pedestrians.

Joy - Ride (Coming Soon): Designed for basic 3 wheeled transportation where extra storage, lights, and sirens are not needed. Base-Ride has the same performance specs as the full bodied version and many of the optional upgrades are available as well.

Work - Ride (Coming Soon): Industrial complexes with hundreds of thousands of square feet of buildings and grounds need small nimble means of transporting materials and people between locations. The Work-Ride provides indoor, outdoor, and through-door cargo and personnel transportation without emissions or noise

Custom Electric Bikes

For those in search of exercise with a little boost, our electric bikes offer the perfect combination to extend your bicycling range or speed of travel. We have a variety of “custom made for Green Motors” bikes with battery operation ranging from lead acid, to nickel metal hydride to lithium-iron-phosphate. Our bikes include smaller fold-up and full size electric bikes.
